Your starting point

Who this is for.

People exploring a venture after a career change or alongside their work. No finished business plan needed.

What to bring

A rough idea for a service, who you think it could help, and any anonymised feedback you already have.

Chat · Workflow · Agent · Teamwork

What ACX looks like when you test a venture.

From customer questions to a small real-world trial:

  1. ACX 1 Chat

    Write questions for potential customers.

Describe your idea to AI. Work together on five questions that help you learn what people need before you build anything.

Human check: You listen to real people; AI's guesses are not evidence of demand.

  2. ACX 2 Workflow

Turn feedback into a one-page offer.

Use the same steps each time: summarise anonymised feedback, check the themes, draft an offer and choose one small test.

Human check: You check that the offer reflects what people actually said.

  3. ACX 3 Agent

Ask an agent to prepare your trial.

Give it your offer, budget and limits. Have it draft a trial plan and feedback questions, then stop for your review.

Human check: You approve the plan before anything is sent or money is spent.

  4. ACX 4 Teamwork

Run a small test with a partner.

Agree who talks to customers, who delivers the trial and how AI helps organise feedback for your next discussion.

Human check: You and your partner decide whether to continue, change or stop.

In your coaching journey: practise Chat and Workflow, try a guided Agent task, and explore how Teamwork could fit your needs.

Small steps. Real practice.

What you can practise.

  1. Separating assumptions from customer evidence.

  2. Explaining an offer in your own words.

  3. Choosing what a small test should teach you.

A useful next step.

Work towards an offer draft, a list of assumptions and one manageable experiment—not a prediction of business success.

Who is communicating?

The same clear intention helps in four kinds of connection.

  • H2SHuman to Self

    With yourself

Name the idea you want to test.

  • H2HHuman to Human

    With people

Ask someone what problem they need solved.

  • HAIHuman to AI

    With AI

Ask AI to help draft questions for a first conversation.

  • A2AAI to AI

    Between AI tools

Approve the notes before another tool drafts a next-step plan.

These connections can appear at several ACX levels. Start with one useful conversation.

The coaching journey

Four days. Part-time.
Built around a real task.

  • 1–5 people
  • Solo learners welcome
  • Designed for beginners

Agree a goal with your coach, try a manageable task and review the results together. There is time for questions and practice.

Discuss the project, schedule, delivery format and fee with Estève before booking.

Your questions.

Will AI tell me whether the idea will work?

AI can suggest possibilities, but real people provide the evidence. We help you distinguish a promising suggestion from an assumption that still needs testing.

Can I bring an idea that is still rough?

Yes. A question such as “Could my experience help someone with this problem?” is enough for a discovery conversation.

Do I need to know how to use AI already?

The journey is designed for beginners. We start with your goal and what you already know, then agree a manageable task.
