Keep your expertise. Build new ways of working with AI.
AI literacy training · Personal coaching · AI in your professional work
Learn AI through work you know how to judge. Your expertise is the starting point, not something to replace.
Bring one task or idea you would like to explore.
Your starting point
Who this is for.
Experienced specialists learning independently or through their employer, with no prior AI skills required.
What to bring
A public or workplace-approved report, its sources and one question you would like it to answer.
Chat · Workflow · Agent · Teamwork
What ACX looks like in specialist work.
From checking one summary to reviewing a report with colleagues:
ACX 1 Chat
Get a summary you can check.
Give AI a report your workplace allows you to use. Ask for its key findings, open questions and the source passage behind each claim.
Human check: You compare every important claim with the original report.
ACX 2 Workflow
Create a routine for recurring reports.
Connect approved notes to a report template, then check the facts and revise the draft. Reuse those steps for the next report.
Human check: You check figures, missing context and conclusions before sharing.
ACX 3 Agent
Ask an agent to compare sources.
Set one question and the sources it may use. Ask it to compare findings, flag disagreements and return a referenced brief for review.
Human check: You verify the references and investigate gaps before relying on the brief.
ACX 4 Teamwork
Review a report with your colleagues.
Agree who researches, who checks and who approves. Use AI for assigned drafting and comparison tasks within your team's permitted tools.
Human check: Named people resolve disagreements and sign off the final report.
In your coaching journey: practise Chat and Workflow, try a guided Agent task, and explore how Teamwork could fit your needs.
Small steps. Real practice.
What you can practise.
Turning your expertise into clear instructions.
Comparing AI claims with reliable sources.
Making a reusable template and review checklist.
A useful next step.
A practised task, a reusable guide and a checklist for reviewing future outputs.
Who is communicating?
The same clear intention helps in four kinds of connection.
- H2SHuman to Self
With yourself
Define what a useful result looks like in your work.
- H2HHuman to Human
With people
Agree the review criteria with a colleague.
- HAIHuman to AI
With AI
Ask AI for a summary of a public or approved sample report.
- A2AAI to AI
Between AI tools
Check the sources before passing a summary to the next tool.
These connections can appear at several ACX levels. Start with one useful conversation.
The coaching journey
Four days. Part-time.
Built around a real task.
- 1–5 people
- Solo learners welcome
- Designed for beginners
Agree a goal with your coach, try a manageable task and review the results together. There is time for questions and practice.
Discuss the project, schedule, delivery format and fee with Estève before booking.
Your questions.
Can my employer arrange this?
Start with a discovery conversation. We discuss the learning goal, participant needs, scope and fee before a booking is confirmed. Employer payment or reimbursement is not automatic.
Can I use workplace material?
Only material and tools your organisation allows. A public, fictional or appropriately approved example can be used for practice instead.
Do I need to know how to use AI already?
The journey is designed for beginners. We start with your goal and what you already know, then agree a manageable task.
